Finite Element Analysis provides the right answer.

NozzlePRO addresses many needs of PVP engineers working in today’s market.
Typical pressure vessel design codes, such as ASME Section VIII, cannot address all design cases. For instance, external loads on nozzles are not addressed within the Code. In such cases, engineers need to go outside of the Code and apply recognized design procedures such as finite element analysis using NozzlePRO. Simplified calculation methods commonly used in the PVP industry such as WRC 107/297 are based on limited test data and are known to be inaccurate in many cases. NozzlePRO provides realistic
answers for all cases.

• NozzlePRO is designed to quickly and easily evaluate nozzles, saddles, pipe shoes an clips. A variety of head types are allowed including spherical, elliptical, ASME,
  dished, cylindrical and conical.
• NozzlePRO offers optional axisymmetric and brick modeling capability for select geometries, permitting a more accurate analysis of cyclic pressure stresses in
  thick-walled geometries.
• NozzlePRO permits the user to pipe away from any NozzlePRO piping junction into a head or cylinder. Straight sections, elbows, bends, intersections and linear restraints may be included in the analysis.

Softvér nástrojov ponúka pre projektantov a modelárov nielen 3D nástroje, ale aj nástroje na vytváranie technologických schém P&ID. Jedná sa o dobre využiteľné a pre užívateľov ľahko nastaviteľné softvérové riešenie pre kreslenie takýchto schém. Softvér dokáže pracovať bez databázy, no avšak pre jeho plné využitie je potrebné nastaviť databázu, ako napr. MDB Access databázu, poprípade SQL databázu.

Na 2.ročníku konferencie PipeFórum 2018, spoločnosti Cadvision s.r.o., s partnermi preto budú ukázané okrem noviniek verzie 2018, aj nasledujúce ukážky z časti programu CADWorx 2018 P&ID.

V dnešnej dobe veľmi málo ľudí má chuť odskúšať niečo nové, hlavne preto, pretože si myslia, že je to strata času. Tak isto je to aj pri programoch, ktoré sú určené na tvorbu výkresov, alebo celých projektov. Z môjho osobného hľadiska, by sme sa nemali báť skúšať nové veci, ktoré nám z jednej strany dokonca vedia uľahčiť našu prácu. Program, ktorý sa prebíja do popredia, ale stále ho nevyužíva dostatok ľudí, je aj program BricsCAD. Samozrejme, každý z nás je zvyknutý na niečo iné, ale prečo nedať šancu aj niečomu novému. Dňa 13. a 14.3. 2018 sa v Českej Republike, v Mikulove, uskutoční medzinárodné stretnutie užívateľov Pipe Stress Analysis, pod názvom PipeFórum´18.
