Point Cloud Scanning Software – FEPipe
Point Cloud capability has been added to the 3D Output Processor in FEPipe. This allows the end user to validate their “as built” piping models and PV models. The program combines plant scan data (point cloud data) processing capabilities and 3D modeling utilities to give any plant staff member the ability to quickly and accurately compare computer model estimates of what is in the field to what physically exists. Both high and low resolution editing is provided.
Interactive Output Processing – MiMOut – FEPipe and NozzlePRO
Multiple models can be reviewed simultaneously on a region-by-region basis. Stresses for all models are presented in colorized tables. All reports can be sent to Word or Excel.
New Drawing Tools – FEPipe and NozzlePRO
The New Drawing Tools allow for graphical “CAD-like” modification of shell model details and addition of model components. Add or delete elements. Extract curves and generate elements in between two curves. Add restraints graphically and change thicknesses.
BOS B31 – FEPipe
Dynaflow Research Group and PRG have co-developed BOS B31. Fluid-Structure Interaction Using Frequency Domain Analysis of Piping Systems is used to comply with the B31.3 Loading Requirements in Para. 301.5
FEPipe v 10.0
New Modules
BOS B31 analyses the fluid-structure interaction using Frequency Domain Analysis of piping systems to comply with the B31.3 Loading Requirements in Para. 301.5.
Point Cloud Scanning Software allows users to take measurements of FEA models of pipe or vessels, or to compare FEA models to the actual scanned model of images. High and low resolution editing is provided.
