I am currently a Business Development Specialist for Hexagon PPM CADWorx & Analysis solutions in Europe and am responsible for the development of existing accounts and for generating new business. I have worked with CADWorx, and the analysis solutions – CAESAR II and PV Elite – since 2004, and was previously an Application Engineer responsible for providing pre and post-sales technical support, customization, implementation services, and product training, helping clients get the best out of the entire CADWorx suite.

Vyštudoval Strojnícku fakultu Žilinskej Univerzity. Ako absolvent nastúpil do VÚKV, a.s. v Prahe na pozíciu Projektanta. Od roku 2007 pracoval v spoločnosti Techdata Distribution, s.r.o. v Prahe (významný distribútor spoločnosti Autodesk) ako konzultant a technik pre Autodesk produkty (Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, Vault). Od roku 2009 pôsobil ako konzultant, prezentátor a technická podpora pre produkty AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID, Inventor, Navisworks a AutoCAD u Autodesk predajcu v Banskej Bystrici.

Tejto oblasti sa venuje naďalej – je zameraný hlavne na produkty potrubných systémov od spoločnosti Hexagon CADWorx Plant Professional, CADWorx P&ID, Autodesk Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID, Inventor. Rád hľadá nové možnosti, analyzuje rôzne riešenia od rôznych dodávateľov softwarových riešení. Venuje sa hlavne prezentáciám, analýzam, implementáciám a predaju softwarových riešení zákazníkom. Preferuje individuálny prístup k zákazníkom s veľkým dôrazom na ich spokojnosť.

After completing studies at the Technical faculty at University of Zilina, he was hired by VUKV, a.s. in Prague as a designer. Later, in 2007 joined Techdata Distribution, s.r.o., in Prague as a consultant and technical support for Autodesk products such as Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical Vault. Techdata Distribution is one of the main Autodesk distributors in Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2009 became consultant, sales representative and technical support for AutoCaD products Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID, Inventor, Navisworks and AutoCAD at the Autodesk seller  in Banska Bystrica.

Since then, Michal has stayed and work in this area until present. His area of expertise are pipeline products such as Hexagon’s CADWorx Plant Professional, CADWorx P&ID, Autodesk Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID and Inventor.

He is particularly keen on exploring new solutions from various software suppliers. He is customer orientated and focuses on presentations, analysis, implementation and sale. He prefers individual customer approach with emphasis to the customer satisfaction. .

Vyštudoval Fakultu výrobných technológií TU Košice. Počas štúdia na vysokej škole v Prešove sa venoval správe identifikačného systému. Po ukončení štúdia v roku 2006 pracoval ako analytik a programátor u predajcu Autodesk produktov. Kde sa venoval zavádzaniu programov Elektronickej Správy Dokumentácie a ich Obsahu.  Vývoj modulov pre CAD aplikácie.

V roku 2012 sa zameral hlavne na Správu dokumentácie riešenia Bluecielo.  Vývoj modulov pre CAD aplikácie.

Tejto oblasti sa venuje naďalej – je zameraný hlavne na analýzy spoločnosti, správe dokumentácie M-Files a vývoj rôznych aplikácií napr. pre riešenia od spoločnosti Hexagon CADWorx Plant Professional, CADWorx P&ID, Autodesk REVIT, Inventor, Bricscad, Solidworks,… Rád hľadá nové možnosti a premýšľa ako vytvoriť vhodné riešenie pre zefektívnenie práce, analyzuje rôzne riešenia od rôznych dodávateľov softwarových riešení. Venuje sa hlavne analýzam, implementáciám a samotnému programovaniu. Preferuje individuálny prístup k zákazníkom s veľkým dôrazom na ich spokojnosť.

During his studies on faculty of manufacturing technology at the Technical University of Kosice, he has been heavily involved on identification system. After the studies, he became Analyst and Programmer for a Autodesk product company reseller, where he focused on complete program implementations and administration of electronic documentation. He also worked on development of the CAD applications and HW Service.

Since 2012 he has added to his area of expertise Bluecielo and CAD application development. He focuses on company’s analysis, M-Files and development various application such as Hexagon’s CADWorx Plant Professional, CADWorx P&ID, Autodesk REVIT, Inventor, Bricscad, Solidworks

His assets are problem solving, increased work effectivity, research of new software options and possibilities. He focuses on analysis, implementations and programming itself with emphasis onto individuality and customer satisfaction.

Zuzana Balková

Kariéru začala v Londýne v roku 2002 pre Hilton London Metropole, jedno z najväčších konferencií centier v Europe v tom období.

Neskôr zužitkovala praktické skúsenosti v korporačnej  sfére ako Office Manager a Executive Assistant v rôznych finančných a investičných  firmách.

Vyštudovala  Manažment na FF UKF v Nitre a na Birbeck University of London.

Aktívne sa venuje zdokonaleniu podnikových administratívnych  systémov a komunikácii so zákazníkom.

Zuzana sa pripojila ku cadvision tímu vo Februári 2018 ako projekt asistent a podpora so zahraničným trhom.

Zuzana has started her professional career in one of the biggest conference centres (that time) – Hilton London Metropole, in 2002.

Later she used practical skills in the corporate environment as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant in various financial and investment companies. She studied Management at Faculty of Arts, University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra and Birbeck University of London.

She actively seeks new challenges and improvements of administrative systems, communication and customer relations. Zuzana has joined cadvision team in February 2018 as a Project assistant and foreigner affair care .
